For ethics committees members, IMEB web contains updated national and international guidelines and recommendations, selection of ethics codes and legislation texts, information about meetings (bioethics conferences, courses, congresses) and a complete archive of the Continuous Course for Ethics Committees – Minirepetitorium for Ethics Committees (in Slovak language only).
For ethics committees’ members, the web page gives information on the international FP6 EC project EUREC – European Network of Ethics Committees for Research (EUREC), and connecting link to the webpage of the project. IMEB belongs to the founding partners of EUREC.
For those interested in the broad area of contemporary bioethics, the web page brings an updated selection of materials, publications and links organized according to the key areas of interest and work of IMEB – medical ethics, ethics in nursing, ethics in public health, bioethics; as well as the updated information on bioethics conferences and congresses in Slovakia and worldwide, especially in Europe.

- IMEB served as a local organiser of the Internation Bioethics Conference of the Council of Europe (Regional DEBRA Program Conference) - "Oviedo Convention in Central and Eastern European Countries", Bratislava, September 24 - 25, 2009. More information here.
- Proceedings of the Conference were published as a special Supplementum 1/2009 of the IMEB n. f. journal "Medical Ethics & Bioethics", those can be downloaded here.
- Program of the seminars of IMEB for the second half of the year 2009 was completed. It can be accessed here.
